Barbara doesn't dispute any of the facts that Rhett presents as evidence, such as Rhett's claim #1, #2, or #5. She might even agree withe claim #4, because she mentions diverting warm air from her house "without increasing my expenses." So, when Barbara states that Rhett's logic is "flawed," she seems to be disagreeing with his conclusion that he should not have have to pay Otto.
